After the Occupy Guitarmy 99 Mile March returns to Wall Street from the National Gathering in Philadelphia, the NYPD are up to their old tricks at Zuccotti Park. No word, as usual, from New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, about the continuing pattern of police brutality against peaceful activists.
