Quinn Human Rights Report Card
No wonder New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn was absent during the press conference of politicians after the controversial NYPD raid ordered by Mayor Michael Bloomberg of the #OccupyWallStreet encampment. Speaker Quinn has flunked the 2011 New York City Council Human Rights Report Card.
